Simulated process printing
Simulated process printing is printing a photorealistic design on dark shirts without using CMYK separation or inks, but instead uses spot colors & halftones. The simulated process is a more difficult process of printing which requires specialized software like photoshop or separation studio. Good quality, high-resolution art, printed with a high mesh count & an experienced printer to print are key in achieving this sort of design.
